Ingredients

  1. 1 poundchicken breast fillets
  2. 4 clovesgarlic, finely crushed
  3. 2 teaspoonstawook spice
  4. 0.5 teaspoonwhite pepper
  5. 0.5 teaspoonblack pepper
  6. 1 tablespoonpaprika
  7. 1bouillon cube
  8. 2 teaspoonstomato paste
  9. 1 teaspoonketchup
  10. 0.25 cupoil
  11. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients together well, then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours or until the next day.

  3. 3

    Skewer the tawook pieces and grill over charcoal.
