Firstly heat heavy bottomed pan and add grated apple to it.

Stir continuously and cook on low flame till all the moisture evaporates.Transfer in a bowl and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile take grated paneer and mashed potatoes in a bowl.Add all fruits to it and give it a nice mix.

Add gram flour,cornflour and bread crumbs to it.Mix throughly to avoid any lumps.Make sure that there should be no moisture left.If required add more bread crumbs.

Now add apple,freshly chopped coriander,kasoori methi and all spices.Mix well.

Grease your hands with water and take a medium small portion from the mixture.Roll and gently press them between your palms.Like this make other kababs also.

Heat a non stick tawa.Drizzle some oil on it and gently place kababs on it.Cook on medium flame from both the sides till golden and crisp.

Make sure you do not over cook them otherwise it will not taste good.Transfer in serving plate.Garnish with a mint leaf and enjoy with your family along with a cup of hot tea!!

NOTE:You can add fruits as per your choice.You can also fill cheese in the centre of each kabab.
