Baked roties (stuffed with veg and paneer and sprinkled with some mozzarella cheese)....a super healthy and mouthwatering breakfast for all age groups..... specially for kids😊😊

First heat oil in a pan. fry chopped Onion, garlic and veggies on high flame for 2 mins. Then add salt, paneer, pepper powder, sauce and oregano. Fry another 1 min and switch off the flame. Let it cool. Take a half cooked roti and divide it into 2 parts like shown in picture.

Spread cooked veggie over each part of the roti. Then fold it in cone shape like in the picture. Arrange all roti cones in a baking dish. sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, chilli flakes over it.

Bake it in a preheated oven for 5 to 8 mins on 180℃

Enjoy this with sauce of ur choice.
