Boil milk on medium flame
Stir between - 2
Once the milk is boiled
Add chopped spinach, chopped ginger, green chillies, kasuri methi....stir - 3
Add lemon juice...stir
Add salt and black pepper
Stir....You will see that the Paneer is separated from the water - 4
Now pour this from any muslin cloth

Set it on a plate...cover with another plate and keep a heavy rolling board on it for 30 minutes or till all water removed
