Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 2 bowlsMaida(All purpose flour)
  • 1 tspAjvain
  • 1 tspHot oil
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder optional
  • 1 tspLal mirch powder
  • SomeOil for deep frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all ingredients and mix well.Add oil little by little to make medium hard dough

    Keep the dough covered for 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Now take a ball of dough and make thin chapati with rolling pin

  4. 4

    Cut the strips from chapati with the knife

  5. 5

    Heat the oil.Deep fry the Kurkure.First on medium flame and then on low flame till becomes crispy. Serve with tea!
