These are very delicious and easy to make you can double the ingredients for more servings enjoy!

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2Ramekins or small coffee cup
  2. 2 TspHeavy Cream
  3. 4eggs
  4. 1 tspchopped Rosemary
  5. 1 tspdry thyme
  6. 1 tspkosher salt
  7. 1Tblsp chopped Shallots
  8. 2 Tbspgrated or shredded Parmesan Cheese
  9. 2tblsp Butter
  10. 1Tblsp extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees you can use toaster oven too. Heat up a saute pan add Olive oil and butter when warm add shallots, thyme and rosemary until softened. Put buttered Ramekins in oven when butter melts take out add heavy cream crack 2 eggs in don't break yolks, add herb mixture and sprinkle Parmesan Cheese cook for 7 mins.

    After 7 mins turn heat up to 400 degrees and bake until egg whites turn opaque and are cooked. Take out of oven,,Enjoy.
