Grind the oats in mixture

Now in one bowl put oats, onion, paneer and all other ingredients salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, green coriander

Add water 1/2bowl to make mixture

After making mixture keep it for 10-15 minutes

Now hot the non stick tawa

Put oil and put this mixture on tawa

Cook on low flame from both sides

Serve with green coriander chutney or curd.
