  • Cooking oil
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Spinach

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the spinach and cut then fry with cooking oil and half onion

  2. 2

    Fry eggs using cooking oil then add onions and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add a pinch of salt then mix and remove from the cooking pot

  4. 4

    Serve together with Ugali

talking of frying eggs u fry them first then u place onions and tomatoes Because me I beat the eggs first then cut onions inside then I fry them after that I place tomatoes then I cover it for some 10min then I mix until it is ready to b served
