Thandai cake
Steps

Take a mixer jar and pour 1 cup milk + sugar + oil + milk powder and blend well to make a smooth creamy paste

Take a bowl and sift all the dry ingredients in it and then mix it with the creamy paste by cut and fold method in small batches

Add saffron strands and cardamom powder too and mix some milk if required to make a pouring consistency batter

Pour this batter in a greased tin and bake it in a preheated oven at 180• c for 30-35 minutes

After bakinge cake.let it cool completely. After that cut the cake into 2 or 3 slices. Make a simple sugar syrup and soak it generously

Now take a chilled bowl and pour chilled whipping cream in it and whip it to make soft peaks. Then add the thandai syrup and sugar and whisk again to get stiff peaks with the help of a beater

Take one slice of cake and cover it with whipped cream. Sprinkle some pistachios or any dry fruit of your choice. Spread it evenly then cover it with the other slice of cake and repeat the same process

Put the third layer on the top and cover the cake completely with whipped cream. Put it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes

After 20 minutes take out the cake from the fridge and cover it with the final coat of whipped cream and decorate it with your own creativity. Garnish with some sliced pistachios and cool it completely
