Firstly wash and cut in small square pieces and put in Cooker for 2 whistles with little salt

Then in the same Cooker put oil and fry Suran pieces for few mins and then in same oil put grated onions and stir till it becomes pinkish brown then put ginger garlic paste,green chilli and then put little red chilli powder and then put tomato puree.

Then put fried Suran pieces and put all Masalas including salt,stir for few minutes and put little water over (one small bowl)and cover the cooker for 2 whistles, lastly put coriander leaves and garam masala powder and serve with hot chapati.
