Eggless pineapple cake

For baking pineapple cake base,add all the dry ingredients in the bowl.

All the wet ingredients the bowl and mix well.

Add all the ingredients slowly in the wet mixture.

Grease the tin with oil and dust it with all purpose flour.

Now cake mixture into the tin and steam it for 50 minutes then let it cool for an hour.

Now take 2 size of round and cut both the cake based equally in a circular shape.

Now later the 1 cake base with sugar syrup and spread whipped cream and add small pieces of pineapple.

And add the 2 layer of cake base and spread the sugar syrup and whipped cream again.

Now pour all the whipped cream ganache all over the cake.

And decorate it with pineapple pieces and sprinkle and cherries. Let it set for 1hour and serve it.
