Heat your pan and put 2 tbsp of cooking oil. when hot put some diced onions

Sprinkle some chopped dhania and serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

Cook under low heat when translucent add garlic ginger paste

Cook until it turns to a nice golden brown colour

Add tomatoes and hoho cook until it turn to a paste add spices of your choice salt and tomato paste

Now add your boiled shelled eggs add half a cup of water and let it simmer for some times.

Serve with Rice or Mashed potatoes
