Ingredients

  • 1 cupBesan gram flour
  • 2 table spoonsCornflour
  • to tasteChilli powder
  • 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 pinchSodium bi carbonate
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredOil to fry
  • 1/2 tea spoonDhania powder / coriander
  • 1 bowlDrumstick flower
  • 2 spoonsChopped coriander leaf
  • 2chopped green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix besan, cornflour, salt, soda, chilli powder, garlic ginger paste, coriander leaves, chopped chilli, coriander powder and make a semi liquid batter.

    Heat oil. Dip one by one drumstick flower and fry it. Serve it hot with sauce.
