1-1/2 cup Hung Curd
1/2 cupCaster Sugar
1/4 cupPineapple Crush
1/4 cupChopped Dry Fruits
2 dropYellow Colour
1 tspCardamom Powder

Steps

In a bowl take hung curd, caster sugar, pineapple crush and yellow colour. Blend it till it becomes smooth.

Now add cardamom powder, and again blend it.

Now add chopped dry fruits. Mix well.
Pineapple shri khand is ready.
