Season the chicken with black pepper, chili sauce, cinnamon powder, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Let it marinate for 30 minutes. Sear the chicken in a pan until golden brown, then microwave for 2 minutes to cook through.

Sauté the mushrooms with garlic. Dice the bell pepper. Slice the lettuce into long strips. Sauté the sweet corn until heated through. Arrange all the vegetables in a bowl for serving.

Poach the egg until the yolk is slightly runny and place it on top as a garnish. (Note: My poached egg didn't turn out perfectly today!)

Toss everything together and enjoy. Since the chicken and sautéed mushrooms are already seasoned, you don't need to add extra seasoning. If you prefer more flavor, add a little chili sauce.
