Ingredients

3 cupsrice
1 packsausage
1 cupSoyaoil
Handfulstockfish flakes
1 cupCrayfish (grounded)
1satchet of curry
2Seasoning cubes
Fried tomatoes with onion, red bell pepper and green pepper

Steps

Wash rice, Perboil rice and wash very well

Pour water inside fried tomatoe, mix the seasoning cubes, crayfish, curry, Stockfish flakes and salt to taste. Allow to boil then add per boiled rice and stir very well. Adjust ingredients and allow to cook for something, lower heat and cook until tender then allow the water to dry.

Heat oil in a frying pan and Fry sausage until golden brown
