In a vessel, take cooked rice, gram flour, 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, salt.

Give the small shapes to the mixture.

In a wok, heat the oil, add mustard seeds, cloves, cumin seeds, add buttermilk and add all the remaining spices to the buttermilk mixture.

Add the dumplings and give it a good boil.
- 5
Add coriander leaves and enjoy.
