Ingredients

  • 2Tomato’s Medium size
  • 6Small onions
  • 15Curry leaves
  • 3Red dry chilli
  • Coriander leaves as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl & add 3 table spoon of oil. Add some mustard seeds,dal,astefodia powder,curry leaves and coriander leaves.

    Add the onions,redchilli and chopped tomato.

  3. 3

    Keep fry for 5 min until tomato get smashed.off the flame till reach the room temperature.

  4. 4

    Transfer the ingredients to mixer jar and mix it well with some water.now the ingredients mixed well.now add a table spoon of gingelly oil in bowl on the stove.

  5. 5

    Add some mustardseeds and dal until dal gets turn into brown.off the stove add this into our chutney.

  6. 6

    Now the chutney is ready serve with dosa,idly chappathi....
