Ingredients

1 containermushrooms
1 sleevesaltine crackers
2eggs
seasoned salt
vegetable oil for frying

Steps

Rinse mushrooms and set aside
2

In a bowl whisk eggs and add some seasoned salt to taste

In a separate bowl finely crush about 3/4 sleeve of crackers and add seasoned salt to taste

Add enough oil to pan for frying and heat it up

Dip a mushroom in the egg then crackers and place in oil in pan. Repeat until all the mushrooms are frying.

Fry to desired crispness, place on paper towel to remove oil drips then serve warm.

Thank you for your recipe for fried mushrooms, I'm pretty sure this is the way my mother did it when I was growing up! I love the simplicity!
