Ingredients

  • 4potatoes peeled and cut
  • 4carrots peeled and cut
  • 1small bowl green chana
  • 1onion peeled and chooped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 spoonsalt
  • 1 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 spoonred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a wok add oil and heat it now add onion fry it add turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder mix it now add tomato and green chilli fry it till leaves oil now add potato,carrot and green chana mix it now cover it

  2. 2

    Cook it for 22 to 25 minutes on low flame now your veg is ready.

  3. 3

    Serve it with chapati.
