Boil potato and mash them well

Add ghee in a pan and stir then add cumin seeds,chopped veggies and add all the masalas

Now add curd into sooji and add some salt as per taste and prepare a mixture with appropriate consistency

Now heat tawa and spread mixture on it and then cook it well like roti and add topping over it and split it to bake from other side

Cook it well until it gets lite brown and sooji dosa is ready to eat
