In a pan add oil, heat it, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and chopped onions, chopped curry leaves, and green chilli paste, cook for 1 min.

Then add boiled mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, salt, turmeric powder, chat masala, garam masala, mix well

Then add chopped coriander and mix and off the flame.

Apply butter and green chutney on all slices

Stuff the masala, grate cheese on it, cover with another slices and apply butter both sides.

Now put sandwich in griller cook for 1 min. Then cut it into half

Sprinkle grated cheese on it and serve with ketchup and green chutney.
