Steps

Cut jackfruits in cubes and boil for a whistle, deep fry in oil for few minutes.

Heat oil in cooker, add dry masala & saute for few minutes, add onions till turn brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute till aroma goes away.

Add rice and saute for few minutes.

Add powder masalas & jackfruit mix well.

Add water to the height of soaking rice.

Cook for one whistle.
- 8
Ready to serve.
