Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1eggplant,2tomatoes,two onions,carrots, hoho
  2. Dhania, salt and spices

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry your onions til brown then add your sliced eggplant. Fry it for three minutes then add salt

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, carrots and hoho. Let it cook well then mix

  3. 3

    Add dhania and spices of your choice.

  4. 4

    Serve. I loved it with rice and avocado
