Spicy Chinese Noodle Soup

Heat oil in a big pan. Add finely chopped garlic and saute till golden brown.

Add the finely chopped vegetables except spring onion greens. Toss on high flame for a minute. The crunch of vegetables should remain.

Add Green chillies, all sauces and water. Adjust salt and pepper and sugar(optional).Bring to a boil.

Slowly add cornflour mixture with continuous stirring till you get required consistency.

Add the boiled noodle and add water if required.Bring to a boil.

Serve in individual soup bowls garnished with finely chopped spring onion greens.

Tip- If preparing for kids then can avoid using chillies and chilli sauce. Can use tomato ketchup instead.
