Steps

Take a wok add lassi and besan and put 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1/2 tsp l red chilli powder and saute for 15-20 min in low flame.

Take other wok heat oil and put cumin seeds and crackle it.

Put garlic paste and saute it.

Add onions,tomatoes and saute for 3 min.

Add spices now and saute for 2 min.

Now put besan mixture in tadka and saute for 2 min.

Now it's ready and serve hot.
