Soaked rice in water for 30min.bring 4-5 cup water 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp of ghee and to a gentle boil add soaked rice.simmer on a low flame without lid cook the rice not to be over cooked.strain it and cool completly.

Now heat oil in a frying pan add in minced garlic and saute.next add in all finely chopped vegetable and 1/2tsp of sugar.fry vegetable till it's half cooked under high flame.reduce high flame add vinegar and salt

Now add cooked rice and salt mix well under high flame for 1-2 min.switch off flame garnish with spring onion green.serve it hot with pepper powder and sause gravy dish.i serve it with chilli babycorn.
