2 servings

1chicken breast cut down to make two
Salt n pepper
2Burger buns toasted or grilled on the insides
Sauce topping
3Cherry tomatoes
1garlic clove crushed
1Avocado ripe
2 tspMayonaise or sour cream

I'm using the George foreman grill I retreat of it out of the cupboard. Add your two chicken halves and add a little salt n pepper. And grill

Make the topping I used a Pestle & Mortar. Just mash the tomatoes to a pulp add the avocado and mash then the garlic mash it all to a pulp then add the mayo or sour cream.

Mix then set aside. Toast the insides of the burger buns put them on a plate add some spinach to the bottom then add the grilled chicken on top.

Add your avocado mix on top of the chicken add the top and enjoy. I had mine with homemade salt and pepper seasoned chips.
