In in bowl add besan,water,red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,Salt mix well

Heat the oil in the pan and add chilla batter

Make chilla from it, cool down at room temperature

Cut into pieces

For raita in one bowl add curd chilla pieces,coriander,red chilli powder,cumin powder and salt mix well

For smoked raita, take coal and burn it in flame,once it hot place it in tiny bowl

Put ghee over it.put hing and red chilli powder,place the bowl in raita

Cover it for 2 minutes

After 2 minutes served in bowl add coriander leaves and cumin powder

Besan ke chille ka raita ready to served with chilla
