Ingredients

  • 200 gmKachnar
  • 1 eachOnion ,tomato chopped
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredoil
  • 1 tsp jeera / cumin
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp dhania powder /coriander powder
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • Choliya

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil buds for 10 mint till tender.put oil in pan crack jeera and onion tomato fry 5 mint.add all dry masala, haldi, red chilli and salt till masala leaves oil.

    Add boiled buds mix in masala and cover for 2 mint on slow heat.

    Mix all well.cook 15-20 mint. Kachnar sabji ready.
