Step 1: Boil the lasagna noodles in water with a pinch of salt and a little oil, then cool them properly with water.

Step 2: Heat a little oil and fry the potatoes and carrots, then add the bell peppers and onions. Once they start to soften, add the ground beef with a tablespoon of oregano, the bouillon cube, a pinch of spice mix, and a pinch of pepper. Add about 1 cup of tomato sauce, let it cook for two minutes, then turn off the heat.

Step 3: Melt the butter and add the flour, stirring constantly until golden. Start adding the milk while stirring, and once it starts to boil, add the nutmeg and a pinch of white pepper. Once the mixture thickens, turn off the heat.

Step 4: Preparation: In a Pyrex dish, spread a little béchamel sauce, then add a layer of lasagna noodles, a layer of beef, and a little béchamel. Continue layering noodles, beef, and béchamel until done. Add the remaining béchamel on top, then the mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for half an hour and broil slightly before taking it out.
