Ingredients

  1. 450 gmsZorabian Breast Boneless Chicken
  2. 6-8Green Chillies
  3. 1" Ginger
  4. 4 clovesGarlic
  5. 2 tbspCoriander Leaves
  6. 2 tbspYogurt
  7. 1lemon For lemon Juice
  8. 2 tbspCream
  9. 1 tspCorn Starch
  10. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  11. To tasteSalt
  12. 1Cheese Cube (Grated)
  13. 1 tbspButter
  14. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder (Optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken well. Drain out the excess water and keep aside.

  2. 2

    In a food processor, blend to a smooth puree green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, yogurt and lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Transfer to a large bowl. To this add cream, salt, corn starch and garam masala. Mix well. Add the chicken to it. Marinate for 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator.

  4. 4

    Remove the chicken from refrigerator and add grated cheese and butter. Mix well and grill. Serve warm.

    I had added turmeric powder. I think you should avoid it.
