Wash the chicken well. Drain out the excess water and keep aside.

In a food processor, blend to a smooth puree green chillies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, yogurt and lemon juice.

Transfer to a large bowl. To this add cream, salt, corn starch and garam masala. Mix well. Add the chicken to it. Marinate for 30 minutes or overnight in refrigerator.

Remove the chicken from refrigerator and add grated cheese and butter. Mix well and grill. Serve warm.

I had added turmeric powder. I think you should avoid it.
