First of all arrange all the ingredients.

Now heat oil in a wok. Once heated add cumin seeds and saute for few seconds.

Now add garlic and saute until raw aroma goes away.

Now add chopped tomato and green chilli. Mix it well.

Add all the spices and cover it and mix everything properly.

Add salt and mix it well.

When tomato are cooked turn off the flame

Your raw tomato sabji is ready to serve hot. Enjoy it.
