  • 2 lbspork belly, cut into cubes
  • 3 tbspsminced garlic
  • 1 cansalted black beans
  • Banana blossoms
  • 3 tbspsbrown sugar
  • 2 cupscola
  • Pinchblack pepper

    Combine all ingredients in a pot and cook in a medium heat

    Tenderize for 30 minutes and until sauce thickens
