Dryfruit chikoo shake

Take a mixture jar and add freezed and deseeded chikoo, socked fig, socked dryfruit, chilled milk and sugar. (I socked chopped dryfruit for 10 min, and fig chopped and socked in normal Lukewarm milk. And I used milk just to cover/to level of dryfruit and fig.)

Now churn for 15-20sec, and hold, again for 20sec and hold. Do this for 4-5times. Will give a nice smooth and fluffy texture.

Pour into glass and add some chopped dryfruit. Serve chilled.
