Method for dhabeli : cut all pavs from the middle.

Now we will prepared the stuff, for stuffing just mash the boiled potatoes.

Take a pan add oil here now, put Jeera, red chilli powder, black pepper. Add mashed potatoes with all dry spices.

Then after cooking add chopped onions, garnish with pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and sev bhujia.

Then this stuffing is filled into middle of the pav.

Then take a non stick flat tawa, pour butter here, and slightly toast the pavs.

Dhabeli is prepared, serve with tomato sauce and mustard sauce.

*Method for sarsoon chutney : Grind this two types mustard seeds with all spices and water.

Then take a pan heat with oil add Jeera and curry leaves.Pour this tadka over the sauce.

Then mustard sauce is ready.
