10brown bread slices
1/2 cupveg mayonnaise (homemade)
1/4 cupgrated cheese
1.5 cupschopped onions, cucumber,bell peppers,tomato
1/2Cabbage (optional)
1/2 tspcrushed black pepper
1/2 tspmixed herbs
1/2 tspketchup, white sauce, schezwan sauce each

Mix everything together to form a mixture. Spread mixture evenly between bread slices, grill on a greased nonstick skillet using butter.. Serve hot
I didn't add salt as mayonnaise and cheese has it
