1 tspCoriander powder
To tasteSalt
1 tspAmchur powder
As neededOil
1 tspJeera
1/2 tspTurmeric powder

Wash brinjal and cut into two pieces

Take a pan and put into oil. Heat them
3

Added the jeera and turmeric powder then put into brinjal.heat low flame

After some time brinjal is crispy then mix all ingredients. Mix well 2min.

Crispy brinjal ready to serve.
