Boil milk and add crumbs of bread slices go on stirring it will become little thick add condensed milk and pistachio shake powder and cardamom 5 minutes after it is correct constancy off the gas and little cool add vanilla essence and pour into kulfi moulds add stick in to the centre of the mould and close the lid set in freezer overnight and little shake the kulfi mould with the hands roll with your palms it will come out easily
