Divide the milk in two halves

Boil milk

Add vinegar to one part of the milk...the milk will curdled

Strain in a strainer and hang in a muslin cloth so that all excess water will be drained

Boil the other 1 litre milk till reduced to half

Now add sugar 1/2 cup,Elaichi powder 1 tsp and chopped nuts...switch off the flame and cool it

Mash the paneer well for around 10 mins till smooth and creamy..

Add semolina,baking powder,Elaichi powder and sugar powder and mix everything well and mash again for 5 mins

Now take a ball and flatten with your palm and make flattened balls out of the dough

Deep fry this balls in low flame

Take them out when brown colour and put it in the reduced milk

Soak it for half an hour and cool it completely...

Serve in serving bowls and garnish with chopped nuts
