Boil water with noodles for ten minutes.

Now drain water and wash it with fresh chilled water.

Now add salt, ajinomoto,pepper powder and 1 tsp oil in it.

Mix it well and keep it aside.

Cut all vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add vegetables in it with ginger.

Add salt and vinegar in it.

Cook till water evaporates.

Now add noodles in it.

Mix it well and cook for a other 5 minutes.

Serve hot yummy Veg Hakka noodles ready.
