Grind the fennel seeds in water,cardamom again grind it

Put in strainer to strain,collect the juice

Again grind fennel fiber with some water and strain

For syrup:-Heat the pan add fennel seeds water add rock sugar cook until rock sugar get dissolved

Once it is cool strain it

Concentrated saunf Sharbat ready to served

To serve :-in one glass add 2 tablespoons saunf syrup add water and ice
