1 To make custard boil the milk in a saucepan with sugar. Meanwhile mix 2 tbsp vanilla custard in 4 tbsp of milk.

2 Pour this mixture gradually in the boiling milk and stir continuously. Cook for two minutes. Now turn off the flame and let it come on room temperature. Keep it in the refrigerator for two hours.

3 To make brittles
Take one cup of sugar and put into a saucepan. Turn heat on medium. Let the sugar cook until it becomes clear and bubly. - 4
4 Turn the heat up to about medium high and let the sugar continue to cook until golden brown. Then carefully remove from heat and mix walnut pieces in it.

5 Pour this mixture on the greased marble or metal tray and spread it evenly. Once cooled down break it into pieces.

Crush digestive biscuits and mix them with melted butter. First of all layer the glass with biscuit mixture. - 7
7 Now put custard, then crunch, whipped cream, deseed and mashed dates, crushed walnuts, sprinkle some cocoa powder, again a layer of custerd. Finally decorate with whipped cream, cocoa powder, walnut and brittle pieces. Your heavenly yumm dessert is ready to serve.😊😊
