In a blender jar,blend 3/4 cup pineapple and 3/4 cup mint leaves. Keep this puree aside.

Using a mortar and pestle crush the remaining pineapple and mint leaves well. Add chopped lemon pieces also to it and crush them too.

Take 2 glasses, put half crushed mix in each glass.

Add the puree also half half to each glass.

Add 2 tbsp sugar syrup to each glass.

Mix it all well with spoon.

Add 200 ml or as required soda water to each glass.

Garnish with pineapple pieces and serve cold.
