1/2 kg chopped bitter gourd
1onion and tomato
1/2 spoonred chilli,coriander,turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp mustard oil
4 to 5Some pieces of garlic
1 tsp cumin

Firstly take pan then mix in it mustard oil

Then mix chopped onion,tomato,garlic

Then mix bitter gourd on low flame and leave it for 2 min

Then mix all spices on it..leave it for 5 min on low with cover of kadai

Your dish ready to eat with chapati or parantha
