Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 3large piece of potatoes (diced)
  • 1 piececourgette,1tomatoe,1onion
  • 1 pieceAvocado for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the misen-place, wash ur rice,cut vegetables

    Fry onions till dark brown in colour, add ur veges(potatoes,nyanya&courgette

  3. 3

    Let the veges cook 2mins,measure one cup of water put in the mixture, for amateurs use 2:1 to avoid dissapointment i.e 2cups of water for 1cup of rice.

  4. 4

    After the mixture has boiled put in washed rice and simmer for 5minutes, lunch is ready,yeeppy😀
