Take maida,corn flour,curd and vinager in a bowl.Make a flowing batter by adding some water.

Add orange food colour to the batter and mix well.Add baking soda.Keep aside.

Meanwhile take all the ingredients of syrup into a pan.Boil for 5minutes on medium flame to make syrup.Add saffron strands.

Now put batter into piping bottle/jalebi mould

Heat oil in a pan,make jalebi and fry on medium flame till golden.

Put in syrup for 1minute.Flip each jalebi after 30seconds.Take out and put another batch.

All jalebis are done.Serve.
