Ingredients

  1. For Whole wheat Bread
  2. 1 cupWheat Flour
  3. 1/4 tspBaking Powder
  4. 1/4 tspSalt
  5. 1/4 cupWarm water
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. For filling
  8. Chicken in cubes 250 gms
  9. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  10. 1/4 tspBlack pepper crushed
  11. 1/4 tspAll spices powder
  12. 2 tbspyogurt
  13. 1 tspsoy sauce
  14. 1 tspChilli sauce
  15. 1 tsplemon juive
  16. For sauce
  17. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  18. 4 tbspYogurt
  19. 1/4 tspChilli sauce
  20. 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  21. 1/4 tspMustard powder
  22. 1 pinchsalt
  23. Jalapenos for stuffing
  24. Cucumber chopped
  25. Tomato chopped
  26. onion chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare dough by mixing all ingredients and make soft dough. Rest it for half hour

  2. 2

    Prepare chicken by adding oil in a pan and adding ginger garlic paste. Fry for 5 mins

  3. 3

    Add Black pepper, all spices, chilli sauce and soy sauce and cook for 10 mins

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice and cook for more 5 mins. Remove from heat

  5. 5

    Make small balls from dough and make circle shape and cook on pan. 2 mins each side. Makes 4 bread

  6. 6

    Mix all ingredients of sauce

  7. 7

    First spread sauce on bread and put chicken fillings and vegetables and roll it.
