In a bowl add flour cumin seed salt and ghee.

Mix well until ghee is well incorporated in flour.

Kneed with warm water. Knead a smooth stiff dough. Let it rest for 30 mins.

In a pan add channa daal, cumin, coriander, red chilli powder, salt. Add water and boil.

Once boiled grind well until mashed.

Take a small pera and roll into small flat roti.

Fill the centre of the roti with channa daal filling and seal it.

Roll it into small roti.

Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.

Serve with aloo ki tarkari.
