Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3-4 cupsboiled mushrooms
  • 1large onion
  • 3large tomatoes
  • 2 clovesgarlic(grounded)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1capsicum

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    In a preheated pan fry garlic and onions till golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add capsicum,tomatoes and salt

  3. 3

    Add the boiled mushrooms and mix.

  4. 4

    Cover and let it simmer until dry.

  5. 5

    Add milk mix and let it simmer for 10mins.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
